Structure

What a transcript carries

Each transcript is stored as structured records rather than a flat document, which is what makes it filterable and comparable.

Issuer and period
Ticker, listing venue, fiscal quarter and call date, resolved against a single company reference so an issuer is one entity across its listings.
Segment
Prepared remarks and the analyst Q&A are separated, so the two halves of a call can be read and compared independently.
Speaker and role
Every block is attributed to a named speaker and a role (chief executive, chief financial officer, analyst with their firm), enabling filters and comparison by function.
Sentence
Content is stored sentence by sentence with timestamps back to the audio, which is what semantic search and classification run against.

    Each sentence is evaluated by an AI model that assigns a sentiment score, highlighting positive, negative or neutral passages.
